This is the first book in a new series and I'm already hooked! The series is linked to the Broken Hill Series and settles in the neighboring, less fancy and poorer town.The main female character is a strong young woman, senior in high school and an outcast at her school. Life is hard for her, but she manages to stay fierce and strong â¤ï¸She befriends Noah or better yet Noah befriends her! He is this kinda bad boy that the whole school respects and all the girls want to date.Their friendship soon develops to something more but life has other plans for them...This story was really beautifully written and I find myself in real anticipation for the next books in the series ðŸ˜If you like high school romances and some characters that grow through the book - go for it!
This is a spin off from the broken series but a stand alone it’s about Kaylah bestfriend well ex bestfriend Henley she ditched her after some things happened and she’s left being a loner till she became friends with mr bad boy Noah & his sister but the queen b is not liking this what mischief will happen!
I've read the first 2 books in the Broken Hills series.... Which I plan on finishing.... But I really wanted to read this book too. Of course it was fantastic! I loved these guys as much as the Broken Hills guys. It was different reading about Jackson being a decent guy since he's such a douche in the BH books I've read so far. But I can't wait until next month to read book 2. This is starting out to be an amazing series!!

Brilliant writing as always. If you love the Ryder boys you will fall for Noah Cage! Henley is a strong takes no ones bs kind of girl. Old and new stories collide in this new adventure of high school and life. I can't wait for the next book in this series!!
So since I have been binging on High School Bully romances for the last few weeks, Author Sheridan Anne's Broken Hill's series has been popping up on my recommended books lists. And I have been keeping my eye on it but haven't gotten the chance to read it yet, but it is sitting in my TBR pile. But I did happen to notice that Mrs. Anne was starting a brand new series and I wanted to jump on the chance to read it. Now that Author Sheridan Anne is a new to me, author, I wasn't sure what to expect from this book. Let's just say that I couldn't put this book down, that's how well this author gripped me with this story and pulled me into the Haven Falls world. Also, I'm definitely going to go back and read the Broken Hill's series.Oh Henley.... Henley Bronx is a young woman who wants you to believe that she's broken and all alone. Her mother left her and her father when she was just a pre-teen, and probably when she needed her mother the most. Her father who tries to do the best with what they've been dealt and hasn't left, but the man isn't really there, he's a big truck driver so he's gone most the time and I guess if you want to look at it logically leaves Henley on her own. Than you have her former best friend and her brother who ghosted Henley after a misunderstanding. I really enjoyed Henley's attitude, when she could have appeared weak with everything that's happened, she actually has a backbone and takes no sh*t attitude.Gah Noah.... At first I wasn't sure about Noah. I questioned his motives about friending Henley fairly quickly. Than I found him to be quiet loveable. Than I found myself wanting to jump in the book and smack him myself, just because he wanted to be honorable. And even though Noah wanted to protray himself as the resident bad boy of Haven Falls, the dude was a big ole softie.As I said at the start of this review this was the first time I read anything by Author Sheridan Anne. I did really enjoy it and as also mentioned this book pulled me in right from the start and now I'm going to have to go back and read the Broken Hill's series. I will say this though I can't wait for more from this Haven Falls series and the second book can't come soon enough!!!I'm giving this book 4 Stars out of 5!!!!
